  I am a regular or the Bill's by my house (Ramsey, MN) and when I saw there was another location I was eager to go in. I went in for my items, and was harassed by the "security guard" who had overstepped his role and pretended to be a police officer and did not correct me otherwise. When we pulled into the gas pump I walked in for my coffee, then I waited in a long line. I finally got to the cashier and was giving my pump/$ for prepay and the "security guard" approached and asked "are you with the guy in the car?" I looked out and there were so many I said, "to whom are you referring? There are several.." he continued to stare, and my boyfriend pulled away from the pump. Well, no gas anymore. So, I asked "is there a problem of some kind, I'm very confused?" He then says, "yes there's a problem for people getting gas!" I think to myself, well we were getting gas. But, now I know why my boyfriend doesn't want to give $40 of our money to this company and pulled away! I am sure my description didn't leave as much of a sick feeling as experiencing someone who should have authority misusing it. Another woman's comment said they lost her business as well, if you've seen the other comment I too am referring to the "black security guard" (who pretends to be an actual officer of the law) what a joke. Never going back! (Unless I make a formal complaint to the manager and to his company, no one should have hired him) Don't harass paying customers, he made Bill's lose our money and plenty of others.
