  Outrageous shipping and the guy on the phone was a bit snotty when I called to make sure it was accurate. $85 to ship a 30 yd bolt and a roll of binding with UPS ground? Give me a break, any other place I order the same from isn't even half that. This was over a 1/4 of my order total. I've dealt with Rochford on and off for years since they have a few things I use. Never had a complaint before, but now I guess they're getting like some Ebay sellers and sell the product cheap and make money overcharging for shipping. If it wasn't for the $hit service I got when I called, I may have continued to use them. The tone of the guys voice and how he spoke to me is what turned me away. Didn't even care about the cost anymore, just hung up. Done with them now. Plenty of other places.
